Astra Glide – Cancellation & Refund Policy


At Astra Glide, we recognize that plans may change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to offer flexibility and clarity while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our operations.



1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Eligibility
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 4 days (72–96 hours) before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of AED 100.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or in the event of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.



2. Refund Processing
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued exclusively through the original payment method used during booking.



3. Modification of Reservations
  • Customers may modify reservation details (e.g., pickup/drop-off times, vehicle type) based on availability.

  • Modifications made more than 48 hours before pickup are free of charge.

  • Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur additional fees, depending on vehicle availability and rental conditions.



4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events such as:

  • Natural disasters,

  • Government-imposed travel restrictions,

  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation),

Astra Glide may, at its discretion, offer extended flexibility regarding cancellations or modifications. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team directly to discuss their situation.



5. General Conditions
  • Astra Glide reserves the right to withhold refunds if the cancellation does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

  • All refunds are conditional and subject to verification of the cancellation request.
