We kindly request your attention to the following terms and conditions governing our car rental services

1. Delivery and Pickup Charges: For daily rentals, a fixed fee of 75 AED applies to both delivery and pickup. However, with monthly rentals, delivery is free while pickup charges may be incurred upon request.
2. Rental Period: A rental month is equivalent to 30 days for payment calculation purposes.
3. Security Deposit Refund: Upon the car’s return, the security deposit will be refunded within 21 working days.
4. Upon returning the car: Customers are required to settle any charges for damages, excess mileage, or outstanding fees accumulated during their rental period.
5. Salik Charges: Customers are responsible for Salik charges, amounting to 5 or 7 AED per toll gates passing.
6. Allowed Kilometers: Daily rentals allow up to 200 kilometers per day, while monthly rentals allow up to 5000 kilometers per month. Exceeding these limits will incur a charge of 1 AED per additional kilometer.
7. Non-Refundable Rent: Once rental payment is processed, it becomes non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy stands irrespective of cancellation or early termination reasons.
8. INSURANCE: In case of an accident, call the police, get a police report. Case A- Report with single party (hit & run case) hirer is entitled to pay an excess amount of AED1500, if age is less than 25 or license less than 1 year than 30% of the car value will be added on the top of AED1500. Case B- If both parties mentioned on police report & hirer is mentioned as affected party there is No charge, if hirer is mentioned as a liable party than AED 1500, if age less than 25 or license less than 1 year than 30 % of the car value will be added on top AED1500. NOTE- Driver should be the same according to the agreement. AED 3500 will be the cost of an unknown driver whose name is not in the on agreement. AED 400 tire, rims, and rim covers damage fee. Minimum AED350 will be charged if the car returns with small scratches per Panel for Sedan vehicles & AED450 for SUV vehicles or Dent AED450 for sedan & AED650 for SUV Vehicles without police report. Own Damage – OD , Third Party Cover , Ambulance Cover , Natural Calamity , Windscreen damage limit up to AED 2000/- , Emergency Medical Expenses up to AED 2000.
9. Fines Payment: Customers are required to settle any traffic fines or violations within 2 days of notification during the rental period. Failure to do so may result in temporary vehicle disablement until payment is made.
10. In the case of 3 or 6 months, even a yearly contract, if the hirer terminates the contract earlier than the contract completes, the hirer must pay 40% of the remaining period.
